1. What originally started you training in martial arts?

I wanted to try out different things, I'd just finished dancing so this was something completely different for me.

2. What do you take from your training now?

I take out exercise, self defence and communication abilities (I have more confidence and find it easier to speak to people since I started training)

3. What's your favourite technique and why?

Brainshaker, its fast, simple, easy and effective.

4. What inspires you?

Alot of sports personalities like Kelly Holmes and Bruce Lee.

5. What's your favourite film?

Bridget Jones 2, The Edge of Reason

6. What's the last book you bought?

The Guiness Book of Records

7. If you could be one thing what would it be?

An Actress, if not something in sports but at the highest level. I also think I would enjoy being involved in childcare.
