Regarded by many as one of the leading martial artists/self protection instructors in the east midlands, Mic Clark has been teaching locally for around ten years. Drawing from over 30 years experience Mic posesses a wealth of knowledge ands a very unique and motivating teaching style. With a long list of accomplishments and credentials - regular columnist for Combat Martial Arts Magazine, ranked 3rd degree black sash in the chinese martial art of Gung Fu, a registered self protection instructor with the British Combat Association, a senior coach within the World Combat Arts organisation, a student and affiliated training group under original Bruce Lee student Grand Master Ricahrd Bustillo. A passionate and enthusiastic Jeet Kune Do instructor, Mic Clark has the knowledge, skill and experience to pass on to you. |

Mo Teague is one of the country’s leading authorities on self-protection. He served 15 years in the Army seeing active service 4 times, including covert ops. He now trains military personnel including Special Forces. He was a doorman for over 10 years and survived over 300 street encounters including knife attacks. He worked as a bodyguard for members of the Royal family and is a senior coach with the British Combat Association. Mo is a full JKD instructor under grandmaster Richard Bustillo and Sifu Rick Faye.
